E-mail disclaimers can optionally be displayed at the end or beginning of an e-mail. Assign individual info texts in the settings of the incoming or outgoing routes:

• Inbound General
  Example: “Virus- and Spam-checked by IKARUS mail.security”
• Outbound General
  Example: “IKARUS mail.security scanned this e-mail for signs of malicious code before sending it to you.”

As before, you can inform users about certain actions with individual text blocks:

• Virus Filter (available for deleting viruses or attachments)
  Example: “Virus alert: IKARUS mail.security has removed the attachment to this e-mail for security reasons.”
• Attachment Filter
  Example: “IKARUS mail.security has filtered the attachments to this email according to security policies.”
