Cyber Security Engineer (f/m/x) – TIP (Threat Intelligence Plattform)

Full-time position (38,5h) based in Vienna

As one of the industry leaders in Security Software Products, IKARUS is continuously on track to shape the international IT security landscape. The products developed by IKARUS as well as the partner products from Mandiant and Nozomi ensure the IT security of numerous clients daily. To professionalize our services and products and to expand our Managed Defense team, we are looking for you.

Your mission:

You work with a cyber threat intelligence platform (CTI) and prepared intelligence in an international environment
You develop tactical, operational, and strategic threat intelligence based on international and locally available information
You analyze new threats and security incidents
You support our customers in managing security incidents throughout their lifecycle
You also collaborate with our international partners in the area of OT security

Your qualifications:

Completed education with a technical background
Interest and/or knowledge in the field of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)
Ideally, you bring initial experience in functions such as incident response, penetration testing, threat hunting or CTI analysis
Strong understanding of complex networks, industry protocols and network technologies
Good knowledge of networks and operating systems
Good knowledge of German and English
Morever, you enjoy finding and solving problems in a motivated team
